Carroll County’s boys’ soccer team delivered an impressive 6-0 victory over Gallatin County on Monday night, showcasing both offensive firepower and defensive discipline. Junior Gamaliel Maldonado led the Panthers with four goals, continuing his strong scoring run and setting the tone early. Senior leaders Juan Munguia and Zachary Richards each added a goal and two assists, while JT Davis chipped in with a goal and assist of his own. Dani Martinez and Gerson Medina each recorded two assists, spreading the attack across multiple players. Defensively, Carroll was rock-solid, with goalkeepers Quinn Willhoite and Chris Perez combining for five saves to preserve the clean sheet. The Panthers’ performance pushed their season goal total to 60 while allowing just 14 goals across 11 games, solidifying their reputation as one of the region’s most balanced teams. This commanding win not only strengthens their record but also builds momentum as they prepare for a challenging stretch to finish off the 2025 schedule.
